For one year, starting 01/01/11 and ending 31/12/11, artist/image maker Liam Clark will draw anything and everything which he impulse buys. Any unplanned purchase will be documented, the drawings will then be posted on this blog.

Liam Clark is an artist from Ipswich, Suffolk, currently living and working in Norwich. Fuelled by years spent skateboarding and listening to an odd combination of punk rock, hip-hop and folk music his artwork takes inspiration from the urban environment and is created with a D.I.Y. attitude using a variety of disciplines, including drawing, painting, print making, photography and more. Liam explores many themes, from political and social messages, to recalling childhood memories, often with a hint of humour. His work regularly contains repetition, a large use of colour, pattern and text. Liam is part of the 0nineHUNDRED collective and small publishers and the SHhhh! art collective and clothing company, he also runs a number of blogs and an online shop
